Experience Sri Lanka’s wild elephants from a completely different perspective with our specialised Elephant Behaviour & Conservation Photography Tour, designed especially for serious wildlife photographers, conservation photographers and nature enthusiasts.

Led by an award-winning wildlife photographer and experienced elephant behaviour guide, this expedition focuses on understanding and documenting natural elephant behaviour, social interactions and daily activities in the wild. Rather than visiting only one location, we explore carefully selected wildlife areas, forest edges, lakes and rural villages across Sri Lanka, following the best opportunities for authentic elephant encounters and exceptional photography.

Our approach is based on patience, responsible wildlife observation and understanding elephant behaviour. Depending on the season and wildlife activity, you may have opportunities to photograph family groups, calves, tuskers, feeding behaviour, social interactions, bathing, walking, territorial behaviour and other fascinating moments in their natural environment.

This is not a standard safari tour. It is a dedicated photography and conservation experience created for those who want to understand elephants, capture powerful images and experience Sri Lanka’s wildlife beyond the usual tourist routes.

The tour requires a minimum of 2 days, allowing sufficient time to explore multiple locations and maximise opportunities for unique wildlife behaviour and photography. Every itinerary can be adapted according to wildlife movements, weather, seasonal conditions and your photography goals.

Join us for an unforgettable journey focused on elephant behaviour, conservation and award-level wildlife photography, while experiencing some of Sri Lanka’s most remarkable wild landscapes and hidden wildlife locations.
